The idea of therapy can feel a little overwhelming. That is completely normal! It is important that you know what to expect as you consider this journey. Wildflower Counseling believes that no two people are alike. Each of us carries a one-of-a-kind story, shaped by different experiences, perspectives, circumstances, and needs. Therapy should reflect and honor this uniqueness.

Wildflower Counseling is centered around creating a space where you feel safe, supported, heard, and truly valued (humor is welcome here!). Individual Counseling can help clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, & experiences without judgement. It’s like having a personal cheerleader for your mental health—together, we’ll set goals, tackle the hard stuff, and cheer for every victory along the way!

Wildflower Counseling draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to address your mental health needs, and move at a pace that is comfortable for you.
