Individual Counseling
Wildflower Counseling offers a place to help you make sense of what you are experiencing in an environment where you can talk openly and without judgment. We can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences and consider new ideas in a way that aligns with your needs and values.
Sessions are one-on-one, confidential, and focused on what is most important to you. You can choose to meet in my cozy Neptune Beach office or virtually through a secure video platform.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including humanistic and cognitive-behavioral techniques, and shape therapy around what you find most helpful. Because everyone is different, what feels beneficial can change from person to person and even from session to session. My goal is to meet you where you are.
