Hi there! I’m really glad you’re here.

I believe meaningful connection starts with authenticity, so here’s a little bit about me: I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who, outside of the therapy room, loves live music, spending time at the beach (bonus points if I find shark teeth!), cuddling with my fur babies, and taking fantasy football way too seriously. In the therapy room, I’m passionate about helping adults navigate life’s many challenges… the ones that can feel confusing, heavy, or just plain exhausting.

Maybe it feels like the rug has been pulled out from under you, or like you’re trying to pour from an empty cup. Maybe you’re trying to make sense of a relationship, a loss, a new chapter in your life, or a transition that has left you feeling stuck or unsure of yourself. I honor the resilience it takes to seek help, especially when life feels upside down.

I’m here to help you find clarity in the chaos and grow through what you’re going through. My approach is lighthearted and genuine (humor is welcome here!) because I believe healing doesn’t always have to be heavy to be meaningful. Whenever you are ready, I got you!
