Life can truly suck sometimes. One experience or a combination of experiences can knock us off our feet, taking us from I’ve got it together to how do I brush my hair again? That’s where I come in. I primarily work with adults navigating a variety of what just happened?! moments in life. The challenges that can feel heavy, confusing, draining, unfair… you name it!
