I believe meaningful connection starts with authenticity, so here’s a bit about me: I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who, outside of the therapy room loves live music, spending time at the beach (bonus points if I find sharks teeth!), cuddling with my fur babies, and taking fantasy football way too seriously. In the therapy room, I am passionate about helping adults navigate the complex, disorienting terrain of grief, burnout, and recovery from narcissistic relationships.

Maybe you're starting to name what’s been happening in a relationship that left you questioning your reality, your worth, or your voice. I honor the resilience it takes to seek help, especially when life feels upside-down.

I am here to help you gently untangle the emotional knots that come with loss, trauma, and chronic overwhelm. My approach is lighthearted and genuine (humor is welcome here!) because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy to be meaningful.
